Highlights of the 2009 National Memorial Day Parade:

Admiral Michael Mullen - 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Reviewing Officer of the 2009 National Memorial Day Parade.
   
Joe Mantegna - Tony Award-winning star of Glengarry Glen Ross and current lead in Criminal Minds on CBS. In 2004 was named Chairperson for the National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
   
Gary Sinise - Star of CSI: New York known for his role as Lt. Dan in Forrest Gump. Co-founder of Operation Iraqi Children, which helps Americans donate school supplies to Iraqi schools. His band, the Lt. Dan Band, has also played for American service members around the world.
   
Ernest Borgnine - United States Navy veteran of World War II and Academy Award-winning actor. Best known for his role in McHale's Navy, Borgnine served in the U.S. Navy from 1935 to 1941. He re-enlisted that year, and served throughout the war. He has been made an honorary Chief Petty Officer for his work on behalf of Navy veterans and families.
   
Bob Feller - Major League Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher and veteran of the USS Alabama in World War II. Despite being one of the game's premier pitchers, Feller immediately enlisted in the Navy the day following the attack on Pearl Harbor, serving in combat about the Alabama in the Atlantic and Pacific Theaters of the war.
